If you are interested in studying abroad, see the following steps:
1. Step One:
Contact the International Learning Opportunities Office and meet with a staff member to discuss their program’s procedures:https://international.boisestate.edu/international-learning-opportunities/
2. Step Two:
When you are ready to enroll in classes abroad, work with the ILO Office (above) to obtain a form for pre-approval of classes to be taken at the study-abroad institution.
3. Step Three:
If you need pre-approval of First-Year Writing Classes (English 101 or 102), set up an appointment with DeAnna Jones (DeAnnaJones@boisestate.edu), the First-Year Writing Program Manager. Bring your pre-approval form and catalog course descriptions with you.
If you need pre-approval of all other English, linguistics, or humanities classes, set up an appointment with Jill Heney (EnglishAdvising@boisestate.edu), the English Undergraduate Advising Coordinator. Bring your pre-approval form and catalog course descriptions with you.
