The Idaho Review is Boise State University's literary magazine featuring fiction, poetry, and nonfiction.

Submission Guidelines for the Idaho Review

The Idaho Review remains open to a wide range of possibilities within the literary arts. While we welcome both traditional and experimental work, we are not a good choice for genre fiction or poetry. We have no length requirements or restrictions.

We consider unsolicited work postmarked from September 1 to December 1 only. All manuscripts postmarked outside of the submission period will be returned unread. Manuscripts without a SASE will not be read or returned. Always send a good clean copy with a brief cover letter. We respond usually within three to five months. Sample copies of the Idaho Review are available for $8.95
