Andrea Scott's is a color Xerox volume with a clear transparency cover. The cover permits us to "see" into the lives of women who have been scarred. Scott's color collage text pages consist of images and bits of text. The book is bound in colored yarns and threads, threads which are used by surgeons when stitching up scars. Women with Scars was produced as part of Scott's interdisciplinary MA degree program at BSU.
