The White Pine Review is a literary journal dedicated to
showcasing undergraduate student writing at Boise State
University. In this regard, the journal can be utilized
by students to consider the work of their peers and by
instructors to bring the student voice to the classroom.
English composition students may submit essays for
consideration by
following guidelines linked to this page. A permission
form can be duplicated from this website, signed by both
writer and instructor, and forwarded by the instructor
to the White Pine Review Editorial Committee. The 2005 -
2006 Editorial Committee consisted of Mariam Thomas and
Jodi Chilson. Essays are chosen during the summer.

Thank you to all students submitting essays for the
2005 - 2006 academic year. Instructors whose students took
part in this process were Nancy McGowan, Julie Geist
