GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS
Students and Instructors:
We encourage both students and instructors to submit
worthy student writing for consideration for the White
Pine Review. High quality, well-edited work
representative of writing completed in undergraduate
composition classes will be considered for this
anthology. Submissions from summer and fall classes must be received by December 15,
and submissions for spring classes must be received by
May 15.
There are two steps to submitting essays to the White
Pine Review: completing a
permission for publication form (see link below) and
emailing the essay submission to the anthology
committee. The permission form must be signed by
both the student and instructor and then placed in the mailbox of Marian Thomas in the Department
of English mail room. Once the permission form has been
submitted, essays should be emailed as a
Word attachment in Rich Text Format to
whitepinereview@gmail.com.
If you have further questions, please contact a member
of the anthology committee--Marian Thomas or Jodi
Chilson--at the anthology email address:
whitepinereview@gmail.com.
Submission Guidelines:
All submissions are written in the following
undergraduate composition classes: E090, E101, E102,
E121, E122, and E123.
Permission must be given by both student and instructor.
Students should be aware their writing will be
accessible to both students and instructors. Instructors
will be able to utilize the writing for instructional
purposes. Please use the Permission for
Publication form below when submitting essays to the
White Pine Review.
Essays should be submitted as Word documents using Rich
Text Format saved in the following format (each item
separated by an underscore):
